Lunch at Kincumber after seeing the psych (Sept 19)

It was another warm, sunny Saturday when I was picked up and given a lift to Kincumber for the first of a new series of psychological appointments. It had been booked over six weeks ago and with everything else that had been going on, I was feeling somewhat apprehensive about this as well. I shouldn't have been, seeing that I've seen this psych before and had been attending this practice on and off for over ten years.
The reward after the session was lunch across the road at the Kincumber Village shopping centre, then an opportunity to fill up the fridge again. It was the most that I've spent on groceries in a single trip to a supermarket this year and the most I've spent on food in a fortnight seeing I had a home delivery during the previous week as well.

We dined at the cozy Pomegranate Cafe (Shop 10 at the Kincumber Village next to the entrance at the library end of the shopping centre) and I had an opportunity to sample the diner's chicken burger option the Nashville Hot (with chips), though I could've chosen their Schnitzel & Chips if I wanted to. The burger was slightly cheaper at $21.
As the description implied, the burger was rather hot but tasty, though I did need plenty of my sugarless soda to wash it all down. Honestly, it was a much better option to dine at rather than the fast food drive throughs across the road and I'll have to keep it in mind next time that I go there.
